Mobile Computing Solution Evaluation
Project involved undertaking a review of an existing mobility computing solution within a division of Department of Human Services (Victoria). The engagement required significant consultation with the various teams of the relevant division and this was undertaken through interviews, workshops and in-field observation. An extensive online survey was developed and division employees were required to complete the survey – this data contributed to the findings of the evaluation.
