PreSales

Over a number of years I have been involved in leading and assisting PreSales teams as well as cultivating and working directly with clients .

These efforts have involved

  • prospecting for and identifying potential clients
  • responding to client enquiries for the provisioning of solutions and strategic consulting services
  • leading and assisting bid teams in preparing and submitting responses to RFQ, RFP, EOI and RFT documents
  • working directly with vendor sales teams from the software, hardware and professional service areas

Client Account Management

A number of my roles have involved client facing responsibilities.

These engagements have included

  • pitching various IT solutions
  • demonstrating software applications, platforms, mobile computing devices
  • responding to public requests for information
  • dealing with ongoing solution enhancement/maintenance requests
  • dealing with various project requests
