Over a number of years I have been involved in leading and assisting PreSales teams as well as cultivating and working directly with clients .
These efforts have involved
- prospecting for and identifying potential clients
- responding to client enquiries for the provisioning of solutions and strategic consulting services
- leading and assisting bid teams in preparing and submitting responses to RFQ, RFP, EOI and RFT documents
- working directly with vendor sales teams from the software, hardware and professional service areas
Client Account Management
A number of my roles have involved client facing responsibilities.
These engagements have included
- pitching various IT solutions
- demonstrating software applications, platforms, mobile computing devices
- responding to public requests for information
- dealing with ongoing solution enhancement/maintenance requests
- dealing with various project requests
